Our floors were bad! I have oak floors in our kitchen/dinning area and they are 26 years old. I never did anything to take care of them they got bad! Now that I can afford to put money in the house we had this done last in this room!
What a difference it makes!
The price was very reasonable (which is remarkable these days) and there was a little spot that they missed with the final coat of Polly.
I messaged them early in the mourning after I paid for the job and they came 4 hours later to fix it!

Constantin and his team member did a fabulous job and it came out  absolutely gorgeous.  The old floor needed to be ripped up and leveled and new tile installed. Grateful for the quick response in resolving a badly needed repair to a tile flooring issue that prevented the completion of a plumbing project!  We were on a very tight timeline with arriving guests within weeks. Constantin Floors rose to the occasion.  They were professional in all respects and communicated clearly to us what the process would be.  Even though this was not a big project, we still felt valued as a customer.  The job was completed timely and in a very complete manner.  We look forward to working with Constantin Floors again in the near future with needed renovations and larger projects. I had my bedroom wood floor removed and replaced by Constantin Floors, staff and workers were efficient, polite and communication was excellent. They took great care of my house, cleaning up at the end of the day. Once the project was complete, they removed all the trash and old material, vacuum  leaving the house clean.
